Kegels

I know that I have touched on the benefits of Kegels before, but I have never actually told you how to perform a Kegel.

Kegel exercises are used to strengthen the muscles on the pelvic floor. You can do this by contracting the muscles located in your perineum.

If you are having a hard time locating these muscles here is what you need to do:

  • Go to the bathroom and begin to urinate.
  • You will then want to stop midstream.
  • When you do this you are performing a Kegel.
  • Pay attention to the muscles that contract when you stop urinating.
  • If you are still having a hard time locating the muscles, try placing a finger on your perineum when you perform the exercise.
  • You should be able to feel the muscles contract.

Continue doing Kegels every time you urinate. You can try doing 3 or 4 while you are urinating. You will eventually build up your muscles enough to do more than 3 or 4 Kegels while urinating; however some men find it difficult to do a whole lot simply because they do not have enough urine. I generally try to do between 5 and 6 Kegels when I go to the bathroom.

Stretching is another one of the exercises to make your penis bigger that you will want to do. It is important that you warm up before you begin stretching. You should start the stretching exercise by getting yourself into a relaxed position. You can stand up, sit down or lay down.

You do not need to have a full erection before you begin stretching exercises to make your penis bigger.

In fact it is best to have an erection level between 0% and 40%. Begin by pulling your penis straight out and hold it there for approximately 30 seconds.
